My service request was rejected by the young lady in the lobby only because I didn’t make appointment although there were only a few clients in the branch. Nobody told me appointment is required when I opened the bank account! Even though I told them I need the service urgently, the staff rejected me and told me they were booked for the entire afternoon (I walked in around noon). I cannot understand why everyone in the branch is too busy to provide a 10 minutes service even the client has told them the reason why it is urgent. Luckily another branch helped me without an appointment.

Desde el momento en que ingrese al lugar fueron super amables y pacientes con migo, me presenté al lugar apara abrir mi primera cuenta y tengo que confesar no tenía ni idea cómo funciona Wells Fargo, pero me explicaron amablemente todo el proceso y salí de ese lugar bien informado 10/10 recomendados.

Don’t waste your time driving to this banks ATM. Wasting your gas.They only have two machines for over 5000 people. And the machines or either out of service or no cash. Sucks!!!!

I had a positive experience at Wells Fargo thanks to the assistance of Daniel Munoz. He was knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues, making him a valuable asset to the company. The branch can get busy, so expect some waiting time. However, Daniel's exceptional customer service, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile make this branch worth recommending.

This has got to be the worst Wells Fargo Bank in Atlanta. You always wait a half hour . Try to go to any other branch and avoid this one!

I went today around 4pm to deposit my check every Thursday I go I have been going to this location recently, and honestly I been having terrible experience and every worker have terrible customer service I been waiting in the line to get my check and deposit it and I was told to GET OUT OF THE LINE and use the the atm which I never do , because they were rushing and she had a lot people she didn’t want to deal with us customers and because they were about to close and the lady didn’t want attend me I told her I just need to deposit and get cash back I was in line just waiting , she told me to go the atm which it was big mistake should have left instead I didn’t get my check or nothing back i will receive my check next week all because she didn’t want serve me Which never happens I had very bad experience in this location .

Muy mal cervisio tienes cita y te atienden despues de 15mn o 20mn y no te ponen atención quieren hacer mil cosas al mismo tiempo y te ponen mil pretestos para todo muy mal jenio y despotas mejor cierro mis cuentas aqui con wellsfargo y me voy a CHASE
