This the worst Walmart location in the world ! Bad customer service. I would not recommend. Came to buy two 75 in TVs and couldnt get any help. Not a person working in the electronics departments for hours! Manager requested. No one came. Customers sitting waiting for help that never came.

Pésimo sistema de atención, entiendo que se está sufriendo una gran ola de robos pero deben mejorar su sistema de atención. Estoy en el área de automóviles tengo más de media hora esperando que alguien me atienda y el sistema de llamados para atención es pésimo pienso que no funciona. Deben mejorar por eso estoy dejando de ir a comprar al Walmart.

This location especially has a lot of homeless with tiny parking lot. I don't feel safe shopping here. Also the store is small

Decent stores it doesbt have everything since its not a full Walmart. But after the closure of Walmart in Ashford Dunwoody this is the only Walmart near by

This store is run horribly. It's always a mess. Pharmacy is slow and poorly organized. Grocery prices are often wrong and often more expensive at the register. The store is self check out, however, they refuse to open up enough check out stations for it to be efficient. Labels in the vegetable section are frequently only posted in Spanish.

I hate shopping at this Walmart!

The one positive thing is their parking. Excellent parking options.

Boy has this Walmart gone down hill. Last time I was a there, it was a wreck in some spots. Some things were placed haphazardly on the shelves. The video games they had for sale looked like they were just tossed into the display case.

It's not just this Walmart that's gone down hill. It seems to be a trend. I would shop at the Walmart in Dunwoody before it closed down. I went into that location for a video game controller around 6:30 pm. There was no one in electronics.

When I went to customer service for help, a rude employee told me electronics closes at seven. As I said, I arrived before seven pm. Electronics should have been open at that point, am I right?

Walmart has had poor customer service for years now. I no longer shop there as a result. I can see why some of their stores are closing.

Save your time and energy and avoid this location. It is beyond terrible. I saw a lady asking for help getting an item they had in stock and basically being told by someone who claimed to be a manager that they would do nothing for her because he is not going into the back, and she can come back another time, and then walked off without so much as an apology.

The shelves are poorly stocked despite the app saying they have the items. The produce looks rotten. Employees stand around chatting while not helping people or stocking or picking up.

This location might be good if you’re a thief, as you can be ignored as you steal, but otherwise it’s not a place you want to be. I do not know how they have good reviews. Are these folks employees or their families?
I gave it a few tries and each time- I saw people being ignored and mistreated. One “manager” (unless they were lying) left a lady crying last Wednesday. I kept quiet but I regret it because it’s so unacceptable.

Will not go here again and if you do, caveat emptor.

Most of the personal use stuff is locked and I had to wait 15 minutes to get my body wash and the only person with a key never came. Give keys to all the staff please. Clients have things to do and I’m getting my things from another place now. I’ll never come back for theese products again. The staff was friendly
