As much as I love Vera Bradley it's super frustrating that there's no pick up at this outlet location therefore I refused to pay $20 in shipping for 1 item and then turned around and decided to make the long drive to pay the higher prices because 70%+20% off doesn't equal 90% off in store vs online.

Called before to process a return, explained over the phone that the back packed was ripped and that I had purchased it since August the 10th, was told by phone to come in just to come in. So I came in and spoke to a manager in charge today at 6:15pm and to finally be advised to better reach out to the factory to file a claim through their customer service phone. I think all of this information should have been provided by phone and avoided us to make this drive all the way here. My impression is that the retail stores don't have the full support from the factory to take care of customer satisfaction on the spot!

So disappointed that a $150 backpack doesn't last longer. Zipper is broken after 8 months of school use. Told by the abrupt sales associate that VB offers no repair service. My daughter used the backpack for one year of school and has used it as an overnight bag 6x. We have owned it 22 months. Bummed.

Staff is VERY rude and disrespectful. Checker was very rude. My mom accidentally cut the line but the customer next in line said it’s okay and to go ahead. The checker then told my mom “for future reference the line starts over there” my mom said she noticed that and the checker kept going on about the line so we just left. But my mom really wanted some items so I went back to buy them for her and the lady was extremely rude and condescending. She was telling me about how you never know how the customers in line react and I told her yes but the lady said it was okay so you had no reason to be rude. She then kept arguing with me. I asked her how much something was and she said “I don’t know im sorry im not ringing the items fast enough for you”. When I said I didn’t say anything about that I just asked how much that was. She said “I don’t have every price memorized, I can’t memorize every items price, it’s $5 you are lucky I know that”. Like wow and then she had the audacity to say “remember god loves you” like if her mentioning god justified her being disrespectful and acting that way towards a customer. I only bought the items because my mom really wanted them otherwise I would have left as well. To employers: her employee ID on the receipt says 4581.

Amazing customer service and excellent prices. They had such a great selection!! I came here knowing exactly what I wanted and seeing so much more. They have a lot of patterns and different style selections so I recommend you checking her first before paying full price.

Would definitely recommend. Great place for gifts!

1st time at this store and just loved how everything was so organized and neat. I had a few questions to the employee that was there and she was so polite and even talked about her experience with the product. Customer service has gone downhill lately at certain places, I appreciate there’s still people that’s nice and have manners.

I visited 29300 Hempstead Rd Suite 207, Cypress, TX 77433 a Vera Bradley Outlet store on Saturday 16, 2022 around 2 pm with my family. We bought around 10 hand bags worth $300.00.

I just want to share the bad experience with Manager Ashley. I just asked a question about the price of a bag which has no tag outside. She found it inside a zipper and absolutely screamed at me to check the price at the pricing machine in front of the store. I just moved away and thought that it is her voice. But NO. With other's she was talking normally.

My family member asked another question regarding color of a bag, again she screamed at her and this time I can't tolerate and interfere in to the conversation. The Manager Ashley just moved away from that place. It appears to me that she is not treating all the customers same. I informed to the head quarters about this incident.

All other employees are helpful.
