This is one of my favorite clothes shops ever, The prices not sheap, But It worth it, your paying for a very good quality, The men T-shirts and the pants are my goal every time I go there, And what nice foe ladies "everything is nice, Organized, I like the quality", My wife said, The service is very good, Free Parking lots Availabe, The store inside Paramus park mall. Highly recommended. Don't forget to follow my account that you can discover new places, Outlets and restaurants with me.

No returns of items processed on line. One guy was nice about it. One made me feel like I hadn’t showered in a week and he was tortured at having to deal with me. So stupid.

원래 Garden State Plaza 에 있던 매장이 Parumus Park mall로 이전 했음. 예전 자리보다는 기본적으로 천장이 낮아서 조금 막혀있고 매장 크기가 줄어든 느낌이었음. 패러무스 몰 활성화에 큰 도움이 될 수도 있겠다는 생각.

I got married two weeks ago and bought my bridal party and myself some pajamas for the day of the wedding the night before because my original shipment got delayed. I end up being able to use the set of pajamas I originally was waiting for. I downloaded the app when buying this pajama set two weeks ago, the night before the wedding. I just went to UNIQLO and showed them my purchase via the app to return my 7 pajama sets. Amidst the chaos of purchasing, I misplaced my paper receipt and hoped that my order history on the app would be enough to prove that I had purchased these items at this location. The store associates said that because I didn’t have the paper receipt, I couldn’t return my items. Feeling disheartened and being a loyal UNIQLO customer, I asked if I could receive store credit at least. The manager then responded that that would still count as a “return” and I could only exchange my item for the same item… In 2024, I would expect that my proof on the app would be enough to make an exchange or get some credit back considering the amount of advertisements I have received to download the app. (The app experience is a whole different situation). I will never be returning to this Uniqlo location.

I live 20 minutes away and am a huge fan of customer of this brand.
I bought my kid pants on April 15th, but my son didn't like the color, so I made time to go to the store to exchange them, and they were on sale for $10.

I went to the cashier and explained it, and he asked for a paper receipt and put it on the app. When I checked the purchase history he called the manager.

Cashier explained to the FEMALE AFRICAN AMERICAN manager, and she listened briefly and only looked for the “receipt”.

she said she couldn't do it because I didn't have a receipt even though she had purchase details that could be fully verified.

IF I were the manager there, receipts are important because of the company's policy but I would have sympathized with the customer's situation first and handled the work.

The position of manager exists to solve such problems.

That woman was NOT my boss, but she was not sorry about the mistake at all and did not do the job properly.

I looked up the app and found an e-receipt, and when I showed it to them, they only exchanged it for the same price.

In the end, I exchanged it, but even though it was on sale, it was the same price and I explained it again!!!
I will organize the clothes that bought new clothes and come back to return them all.
When I look at clothes, I think of that manager and get angry.

I will NEVER BUY Uniqlo clothes again, the WORST FEMALE MANAGER the worst policy.
