Booked this taxi service and reserved for 7 pax and luggage plus 4 ski bags. Taxi driver refused to take us as the ski bags were too large apparently. All are standard dakine and decathlon ski bags for single pairs of skis. We ended up having to pay another 240 euros for a second taxi. Nowhere on the booking form does it specify max volume of bag accepted and from multiple trips to France there has never been an issue as all taxis are equipped with rear lockers or roof racks. The response from the company was your bags are too big take a 2nd car or no lift. The driver we spoke to said this is a common issue. Frankly the company should fit out the transfer vehicles with adequate storage or MAKE IT CLEAR WHEN BOOKING THAT ONLY SMALL SKI BAGS ARE ACCEPTED. Next time will take the train.

Filled out their form when booking clearly stating the number of bags and people!
On first journey they sent a van that wasn’t big enough but managed to squeeze in. The driver said they would send a bigger van for return journey…
They didn’t! On the return journey the van wasn’t big enough so they sent a second van and charged us double.
Do not use this company!!!

Absolutely worst company to book through. I would advise all people not to use them at any cost. We booked 4 ski bag and 7 people and they showed up with one van and said they could not take us!! After taking our money and confirming in writing that they could!! Worst company don’t use.
