Our pooch ate something outside that really threw her digestion out of order.
Took samples in, got 2 prescriptions and within 1 day, everything seems to be back to normal.
BTW: Richard's Veterinary Clinic has been our vet service since 1984.
Update 5/17/24:
Had to take both dogs in today for vaccine updates.
As usual RVC is still the best for us as it has been for 40 years.

We have been going here for several years with our small and midsize dogs. We were referred here after our last vet sold out. It was not a mistake to go here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Carpenter does a great job and takes her time on both pet and owner.

The very best at what they do. My giant Rottweiler was NOT an easy patient, but they never held that against him. They worked diligently to ensure he received the care he needed, but also went above and beyond to try to help manage his fear and anxiety. I couldn't have asked for a kinder, more compassionate team to help take care of my overgrown baby. They took care of him & our family right up until the end and we were so fortunate to have them. We lost our sweet Kody recently, but are so grateful for all of the care he received to help us give him the very best quality of life we possibly could. Will highly recommend Dr. Carpenter and the entire team to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care. They were our angels!

Richardson Vet Clinic: They took my Precious to the back room for simple blood test. It seemed like they were taking too long to do this. My fur babie came back with a wet bottom. The vet never mention why, until I inquired. Precious had successfully expressed her glands by a groomer prior to vet appointment. The vet went on to claim she emptied her glands on her own. On a prior visit (another vet same clinic) My fur baby Petra also was taken to the back. The vet never mentioned that she deficated, only that she was a little scared when returned to me. Later, when I reviewed the receipt. across the top vet writes: Deficates when scared. They are very friendly people I'll give 2 stars for that. Clearly desk help and vets are not on the same page.The assistants look as scared as the pets. I get the impression the assistants are training on our pets! They also claim not have a business computer for sending records.

Our pitbull can be a little reactive and the folks here always do a great job with him. Started coming here a few years ago, on a recommendation from a friend and we won’t go anywhere else.
