Quick and easy. It's inside a building shared with a children's learning center, so the waiting area was small and an odd setup but the employee got through people with no issue. Also open on a Saturday so big plus.

Michele has excellent customer service! Every time I'm in there she always has a positive attitude and makes me feel right at home! She gets me in and out quickly but never makes feel like I'm being rushed out. She makes sure I'm taken care of and comfortable. Give this woman a raise!

Way to much going on in there. They Are Dylvan Learning, do fingerprints, verify I-9', are a testing center and a call center- they answer phones and/or leave you to do one of their other jobs. Very nice but Way too busy to run on time. Took 50 min from scheduled time to get fingerprints done.

Don’t got me wrong, Yep, when you see this learning center, that’s right, you have in the right place ?, the IdentoGo is actually inside of this learning center. They got all you information and the staff here is super nice ?.

It’s inside a learning center with only 1 person doing everything. There’s constant traffic from parents, family members asking about the learning center, so the poor lady isn’t able to do the fingerprints and is constantly assisting other people. My appointment was at 10:20 and it’s 11am and still waiting. Be prepared to wait about an hour before being seen.
