One of the only car places I have ever been to where they don’t want to just say you need extra things or try and look at a totally different issue for more money. I felt confident as a woman they weren’t going to take advantage of me not knowing much about cars. That’s hard to find. Roy was amazing and I really felt like he listened and cared about making sure my car was safe, and affordable. Will 100% be back and recommend to others

I had a really good experience with the their shop called them about 3 PM in the afternoon one of my cars broke down called their shop to see if I could get them to diagnose a problem and get a quote. Also if I could drop off my car if it arrives after hours which they said, yes of course gave me some instructions with the keys. I wasn’t able to drop the car off till 8 PM by the next morning, I already got a text saying they will be diagnosing the problem with my car and I should be getting a quote soon after a few hours, I did get a follow up call and text they listed everything that was wrong with the car and what needed to be replaced and then they also made some recommendations after looking it over and seeing that they took detailed pictures of what was needed to be fixed. I gave the go ahead and at 4 PM that day, my car was fixed, the technician that I talked to very professional and very helpful. The person that was at the desk was also very friendly and helpful. Like most people I’m very fearful of getting ripped off but after being at the shop and seeing how professional they were and just seeing the prices they were charging I thought it was very fair if you need your vehicles to be worked on. This is a good shop to come to.

Greulich's was amazing! They got me in and out, all at an affordable price and they provided outstanding customer service, which was a bonus! Thier techs are very knowledgeable and thorough and i really appreciate that! I'll def be taking my vehicle back to them for any other services I may need in the future!

Roy and the team were very professional and timely. My SUV needed some routine maintenance for the mileage it was at and they save me $300 as opposed to what the dealer quoted me. The waiting area is very clean and nice and the guys even laughed at how crazy my 4 and 1 year old boys were. They didn’t mind the noise or messing around one bit, so it’s definitely family friendly if you have to wait. My husband and I will be returning for any repairs or maintenance for both of our cars!

Absolutely amazing!! Took my car in for a clicking noise, my car runs like a brand new car. I highly recommend this place to fix ur vehicles. Good pricing as well thank you!!! The a/c in our Toyota Camry stopped cooling just as the local temperatures were in the 110’s. Having only lived here for the last five years, we hadn’t needed any serious work to be done on our vehicles, aside from just normal maintenance. I searched for a repair facility near us, and Greulich’s was one that popped up. Seeing the great reviews, I figured I’d give them a shot. First person I spoke with was Brandon, who ultimately ended up being my go-to person. He was very personable, professional and friendly, and made it feel like my call was the most important item of the day. He was able to get us scheduled to drop the car off within a day or so of the call. They completed the diagnosis and it was found that the expansion valve was bad. Brandon also noted he discovered that we were a bit behind on getting a tuneup and a transmission flush. There was no pressure to accept, he simply wanted us to know what services were due. We ended up getting the services done and added in an oil change. Greulich’s discovered the shop that completed the prior oil change had overfilled the motor oil. All told, they completed everything over a 2-day period. The car runs like it’s brand new, and the a/c hasn’t been this cold for years. The work we had done was also covered by their warranty. If you’re looking for a great shop with awesome employees, I highly recommend going to Greulich’s. Kudos to Brandon’s supervisor, Matt, who also helped us out through the repair process. Thanks, Greulich’s - I’m glad I’ve found a great mechanic shop close to me for any future needs!

Phenomenal shop with excellent service. On a recent road trip we had an issue where a large piece of metal got lodged under our car on the highway. Concerned about damage and continuing on our road trip we went to greulich's to get the car looked at. No appointment and they didn't hesitate to help. 20 minutes later we were back on the road. Great experience. I highly recommend Greulich's.

As usual these guys were great! They give their recommendations but never pressure you into do more services. They are honest & efficient. Prices are very good & we will never go to the dealership for anything but recalls again.
