Most pathetic experience and would not recommend anyone to stay at this property. AC was badly working, bad odour in the room, no toiletries and towel was provided. Only after asking for it multiple times it was provided. Breakfast was booked along with MMT booking but staff doesn’t come early to serve breakfast.

Yet another year, and Fab SA turned to be total value for money. Clean rooms, clean linen, clean washrooms, proximity to the highway and metro station (we were driving our car). The only thing I would ask them to do, is to start a small kitchen dor purposes of tea, although there are places you could find breakfast nearby.

It was an pleasant stay at SS house. The location is prime , I visited due to my office trip . The place is so calm , you can work there peacefully. All the staffs are very cooperative. Owner of SS house Shende uncle is very helpful, he will make sure you won’t feel any kind of
discomfort, although i stayed there alone but I felt very safe . Do visit the place it’s in bare minimum budget.

Horrible experience in all 6 rooms booked for Senior citizens guest.

No lift functioning.
Senior citizens have to use stairs to move up down to 1st and 2nd floor rooms.
Even as on date lift is not functioning.

No hot water for Bath, we hv to use our own electric tea kettle for hot water bath during such December month winter season.

All Rooms were not with bath soap and towels, we had to demand for it on arrival.

Shall demand for heavy concessions on total booking amount.

All are advised to check facilities before check-in to avoid the horrible experience we faced.

Your reply not in line with the hospitality field you are in.....

1)You being in hospitality field, The lift servicing not done in time till the date last Mr Dubey visited you for payment negotiation.

2) The solar hot water (a gimmick) capacity (without electric heating backup during winter season) is not adequate and in line with requirements of 6 rooms for Senior citizens we booked. So supply of hot water in bucket was very poor show from your side.

3) Rooms were not equipped with towels and bath soap when we checked-in.

So you better look to improve on what went wrong at your end and offer 20,% discount on total booking amount for trouble faced by senior citizen guest.

The owner is very courteous, provided me with accommodation in the middle of the night and ensured I face no difficulties in staying. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Pleasant stay and humble staff. Would definitely visit again.

I stayed in SS house for 2 days during my recent visit to nagpur, and i was totally satisfied with the rooms and their services. It is located very nearby to airport which made my commute tireless. If you are heading towards nagpur and need a cozy yet budget place to stay, head over to SS house serviced apartments. Period.

Awesome place to stay. Clean and tidy rooms. Worth the money. And very close to the Airport. Very convenient place to stay. Staff were friendly too.
