Mark, the Store Manager, made my shopping experience a very pleasurable one. Mark gave me a cheerful greeting as I entered the store. He directed me to where I could purchase my particular item. He patiently and professionally assisted me with signing up for CVS ExtraCare+. Lastly, he encouraged me to come back to save more money with my new membership and printed coupons. I definitely could not ask for a better experience at CVS on N. Druid Hills. Thanks CVS and thanks for having someone on staff, like Mark, who has the personality and skills to make a customer feel cared for, seen and heard.

Very disappointed. I entered the pharmacy drive-thru line at 1:20. It was a long line and by the time I was able to pull up to the window it was 1:30, which is also the time the pharmacy closes for lunch. Rather than serve me, the last customer in line, who got in line before their lunch closing time, they closed the door screen in my face and ignored my calls attempting to inform them that I was in line before 1:30. I understand customer service jobs can be difficult but this just didn't sit right with me.

The only way I can think of how to improve the C S experience is to give the employees Angel & Andrea raises. They are the best employees with the best customer service experience I have ever seen, they went above and beyond to help me and my GF the morning of thanksgiving at 3 am they were working tirelessly to improve the situation I was in.

Went in with my sister and mom. My mom was looking for Valentine's Day cards, the little ones used for exchanges. We'd been to a nearby grocery store and they didn't have any. CVS had what we needed and the nice lady behind the counter provided us excellent customer service. My mother is in a wheelchair and sometimes stores aren't set up to give her enough space, but we didn't have any trouble!

When I called, the recording said they had the new Novavax. I scheduled an appointment and they don't carry it. They need to take it off their recording so people don't waist their time.

The best part of this location is that it is open 24/7.

However, the Customer Service is not that great. The lady at the pharmacy sounds rude and indifferent so one could get scared to ask her questions as she may get mad.

Their wait time is at-least 45 mins and after 10 pm they don’t even have washroom access for customers.

Keela at the pharmacy is an excellent! Very pleasant for someone who works at a 24/7!

The pharmacist Abraham is great too.
