I usually have no issues coming here, but the last two times that I’ve been here have been less than average.

I decided to give it a shot again and was disappointed. My side and back window had soap on them still.

Hoping cobblestone steps up their game since it’s the only car wash in Laveen!

Extremely busy and packed, but it has a good or decent wash, plenty of wet rags, and there's always a couple spaces open. Vacuums are always working. People are always attending their positions. Decent place.

Good service is so uncommon now days that, you really appreciate it when you get it. Anaihaya greeted me with a smile and knew the product well. I told her I was in a rental and needed to wash it 3 times this week but I didn't want a monthly commitment. She suggested the wash book with pay for 4 and get 2 free. It was perfect. Good to see young workers care about their job!!

Honestly I love the car wash... It made me uncomfortable enough to post this on my Google reviews. But my seats had a stain so I hit with the spot cleaner old man in a fishermans hat, gray beard and glasses came up hovered over and said you can do that.. cool... after he approached me he walked back over he pulled my vacuum from the car and put it back in the holder without even saying anything and then proceed to case my car he looked all up in it from front and back twice and watched me for at this time 7 mins i had my music playing so 2nd song just ended going into the 3rd but he was watching from a far a had a giggle but then he came back again and looked in the back of my car acting like he was sweeping but I was cleaning my dash i saw him walk back up with eyes inside my vehicle I asked if he had a problem and he just chuckled to himself and walked away. And continued from the car wash entrance even as I left he continued to watch me it didn't even look like he was moving an inch.. it was really creepy.. being a human being I felt like I was harassed and profiled. If this company watches the tape I would strongly watch how creepy your employee was with me today from 211-240pm. I'm on the third stall right off of the street. Orange vehicle next to the black avalanche. I didn't even get to put my car thru the car wash cause he was over there and still facing my way watching me as I pulled out. I know ppl won't care oooo one person not coming back but it matters to me. I know he was watching me. Thank you for the 6 months of service here at this location. Needless to say, I won't be back. P.s the trash that was around my vehicle was already there when I pulled up.

This car wash is useless. Every time I go, they raise their prices and it never cleans my car. The staff is rude and disrespectful and treats you like they don’t have time for you. Just went right now and their credit card machine never works to pay for my wash and they always want me to go through each lane. And then try to treat me like if I don’t have money because the machines don’t work. Don’t even get me Started on how they treat you if you don’t to sign up or buy coupon. They’re too busy playing on their phone and watching YouTube videos and TikTok‘s to assist you. Then when you drive off because you don’t wanna continue trying each lane they’re gonna try to talk. Smack about you to each other Last time I went never again.

Car wash is fine, but the sales push is so off putting. Drove up, no hello, tried to sell a package. When my husband said "No thank you", he rolled his eyes and his whole demeanor changed. Would love to have the wash experience without the condescension.

It’s a pretty good car wash, but it’s a shame you have to pre-wash your car at home and get all the bugs off the front before going to the car wash. The other issue I found was that it doesn’t seem to rinse the car enough and there’s typically a lot of soap left on the car when leaving the car wash. Since I have the monthly pass that lets you go through up to two times per day every day. I typically have to go through twice and I almost never go on weekends due to the crowds and lines.
8 out of 10 times I’ve gone I’ve had to endure the marijuana aroma floating through the air. Not my thing and I find that disrespectful.
