This is a first class, five star establishment by any definition.
Reason is details.
It's a very new property but it's well maintained like no trash, debris in the parking lot or main lobby and many theatres.
Staff is excellent. Professional, courteous and it's clear that the onsite managers know how to communicate and listen. This alone goes a significant distance in the customer service experience.
I used the ticket kiosk very functional design and it worked flawlessly including optional seating assignments.
Of course the film ?️ itself is quality as is some of the optional services such as the delivery of items to individual seats.
For a time it appeared that movie theatres were going down the path of extinction? I think this quality experience and well managed location will definitely change this trajectory.
The only real comments I can think of is that the film itself was scheduled for 7:00 and I looked down at my watch and at 7:23 they were still showing coming soon marquees.
Perhaps intentional it didn't get in the way of the overall positive experience.

This Cinemark location is awesome! (We've been to several). We went on a Thursday morning and it was virtually empty, but don't be fooled, this place gets very busy, especially on the weekends. We also pay for the Cinemark Movie Club membership which is 100% worth it if you go to the movies fairly often. Also has comfortable reclining chairs.

The seats in this theater were amazing! Reclining leather seats that were very comfy and had a heater! Usually it’s really cold in the theater but they solved this problem. Popcorn is always amazing and go for the cherry icee!

I recently visited Conemark and had a very disappointing experience. The employees were not nice and looked at us strangely, which made us feel uncomfortable and sad. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and really ruined our visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service.

Great movie theater! The theater and restroom facilities are overall very clean. They have a wide selection of snacks to buy before the movie (including Pizza Hut) as well as freestyle coke machines. If you go to the movies a lot, I suggest looking into their membership program.

The theater is great. My biggest and only complaint is the taste of the diet fountain drinks. They are mostly carbonation with little soda flavor. It is is the same for all of them. AMC has great diet sodas.

This is an amazing movie theater. It is so comfortable. We went to see the Andrea Bocelli movie which was amazing! The movie was about 2-1/2 hours or more, but it went by so fast and it was so comfy sitting the entire time. Thanks for a great time!

Last night, my wife, grandson, and I decided to visit a new movie theater nearby to watch "WISH." The total cost for our tickets, popcorn, an icee, a large drink, and nachos with cheese and jalapeños was $75.00. While I usually hesitate to visit such places due to my observations of the current generation's lack of respect and over-reliance on smartphones, this experience particularly stood out.
The manager was visibly stressed, moving about frantically and even singing a song about distrusting his employees, which seemed unprofessional. This attitude seemed to influence the other staff members, who were often distracted by their phones or engaged in inappropriate conversations, regardless of the presence of children.

Despite these issues, the theater itself was pleasant with comfortable seating.
The popcorn, delivered to our seats, was excessively large - a smaller size would be more appropriate. A bright spot in the experience was an employee named Adia, whose professionalism and positive attitude were commendable.

Imagine this Generation in public office.

In conclusion, while the facility itself is nice, the overall experience was marred by the staff's conduct. I rate this theater a 2 out of 5 with points earned mainly due to Adia's service. Management should consider revising their staff training and selection to improve customer experience. Regrettably, I do not plan to return.
