Cute clothes and nice people. I went here today and tried on somethings, I don't remember the name of this girl but she helped me and was very sweet. She was wearing blush and her hair was around light brown-dirty blonde. Clothes are cute here and very comfortable.

The workers literally made my day horrible. I was already pretty sad so I went in for retail therapy and the ladies working the fitting rooms didn’t even look at me and scolded me to get into an open one and then proceeded to take me back out to count my items while giving me the dirties looks. Not only that I’m in the fitting room and I hear them talking about me and saying “how hard is it to get into a damn fitting room” like I was actually about to cry I was being nice and that’s how they treated me. If you want to go to brandy go to the one in pacific beach where the workers are actually kind. Like I understand if you are tired but ur like 6 years older than me. Act like it.

i've been to this location so much and it's the main brandy i shop at. i haven't had a problem with the workers here until the last time i came here, which was about a week ago. some of the workers were SO rude to me. i believe one of them was named lani and she had long dark hair. she came off as very entitled and cold as i was trying to get a dressing room. but the worker who really took the cake for being the RUDEST retail worker i've ever encountered was a girl named katie (or kat? i can't remember). from what i can recall, she had tan-ish skin and bleached hair with the roots really grown out (this isn't supposed to come across as an insult ). this worker was so loud and disrespectful to my friends, myself, and the people around us as she yelled in our faces. i understand that the environment of the store is very overstimulating and retail/customer service is an extremely stressful job, but the sheer entitlement, nosiness, and audacity that we experienced from this worker was insane. we felt so unwelcomed and uncomfortable thanks to her. won't be coming back here and i'll be going to the brandy melville next to my hometown from now on <333 hope you feel satisfied lani and kat/katie xoxo love uu

went shopping at this store and the workers are SOO kind. they were very helpful in helping me find items and were very welcoming! extra thanks to katelyn and zoe for being so nice and helping me find what i needed! I will definitely come back to this store again and recommended it to my friends!

I was just trying to have a good time with my friends and I was looking at this red top but an employee had her clothing racks stacked on top of them so I gently moved it away and she rudely said “Um im using that” and snatched it. That alone made me feel very disrespected. My friends purchased a belt and we were walking out of the store until we were stopped by that same employee and another employee. They accused us of stealing their merchandise when we have no reason to be stealing in the first place. They continued to search our bags and asking for receipts for Sephora, like why is that necessary they don’t sell makeup in Brandy. They were overall super disrespectful with a nasty attitude. That one employee was targeting me for some odd reason. I was nothing but respectful and I tried to be understanding but I simply don’t appreciate being acted towards this way. If you’re those employees I’m talking about in this review, learn to be respectful and kind to your PAYING customers.

One of the workers accused me and my friends of stealing when she saw me put my wallet in my bag. She really looked through all our bags including our Sephora bag and was looking at all our receipts, just wasting our time. That one worker who stopped us was disrespectful and acted so insecure.
