I used to stay at this hotel before the pandemic and thought it was really nice. The rooms seem a bit rundown and out of date. My room was huge but didn’t have a fridge, only something that looked like a fridge but had a sticker on it saying it wasn’t a fridge. The bathroom was definitely dated and there were chairs in a table that could be considered a kitchen-like area that were all torn up and there were stains on the couch. It looks really nice as long as you don’t look too close. The workout room is a bit small for that size hotel. Was super crowded the first morning I went down. That said, the beds were comfortable and I slept great and I really was able to spread out. The bar staff was nice and friendly. The lobby is really pretty. Convention location. Would stay again if my usual Marriott is booked again.

I’ve stayed here a few times now. I enjoy staying here! Just some odd quirks -
They only have a microwave on the lobby level. Not a big deal but can’t reheat anything in your room.
Some of the beds only have outlets on one side - making it a little bit difficult to charge things bedside if you’re sharing a bed.
I also think they’ve disabled the ability for you to call the front desk on the phones in the room? I had to go to a phone in the hallway to ask for towels (and to ask where I can find a microwave)
The service is great, I always enjoy the water pressure from the showers there, the bartender will remember your drink orders if you stay more than one night which is pretty cool. The continental breakfast is not filling - mostly carbs like toast, croissants, etc. Small charcuterie selection had smoked salmon which was great, but hard to make a meal out of that. Hot food is available as well but has a $6 surcharge. The people working breakfast are very helpful. Within walking distance of the mall, a bunch of bars/restaurants/grocery stores are walkable within 10-15 minutes. Sidewalks are big. Parking machine didn’t work so I had to call for ‘help’ every time I left the lot (takes 3 seconds for them to just open the gate for you) but I didn’t have to pay for parking because of that, which is always a plus

My stay was great. The food and service at the bar were exceptional. I had one problem with the front desk service. I requested that my 4-night stay be split up between 2 cards. I gave the staff member my card, and she said it was done. I received my folio, and the TOTAL stay was charged to the second card. She had one job, and that was to split the bill. LISTEN LISTEN LISTEN!!!

The room was trash! They put us in the training room! It was a big conference table in our room. The Couch was low. The bed was pretty much in the middle of the room. With a big table behind the bed. The internet was trash. When we went to talk to them about it they said it wasn’t any more rooms available but the website said it was 5! When We were in the lobby, Security was Watching us from the minute we got off the Elevator! We clearly were racially profile. Which was very disappointing because I had a good Experience in the past! I wouldn’t recommend this place to a Homeless person!

Great hotel, incredibly friendly staff and always very helpful.
Gym is well equipped and rooms were very pleasant.
My only niggle is that I came on business and had a work card and the hotel charged my personal account £750+ and couldn't then refund it until after I checked out. But aside from that, the hotel really was wonderful

First time staying at Le Meridien and it won’t be my last! The service was excellent and they gave us a free upgrade to the king suite! The rooms were clean and the mattress was very comfortable! I have no complaints. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

First off, we loved the location. The front desk staff were friendly enough and efficient. The lobby was nice, and the bartender was great, as were the drinks. The room and bathroom were very clean.|| The pool area was nice, though the pool wasn't as clean as it could have been, and the spa heater was either broken or not turned on. ||Where things went downhill was the room itself...the room was very worn: scuff marks on all the furniture, chips/gashes on the tub and sink, loose faucet fixtures, and very poorly draining tub/bathroom sink. ||The hotel really needs some updating/maintenance, and that's too bad, because it could be amazing with some TLC.

The room is super nice and they have 3 lots to park. People have been super cool, and the bed is comfortable. The only situation I've come across is that the lounge is appearantly closed and the ice machine on my floor doesn't work. But overall, it has been a great situation. Not to mention, I opted for a 10,000 bonus point booking, so I've been super excited about it. It's definitely worth it.
