Absolutely amazing experience. When I first walked through the door I was greeted with a warm smile by Justin. He took his time to show me around the store, educated me on the different type of shoes, the technology, and even the history behind the brands. This place isn’t just for runners, even if you work at a job that requires you to stand all day or you just want some overall more comfortable shoes then I highly recommend it! And please ask for Justin!

The store was busy when I got there, but several associates reached out to me and thanked me for my patience. I was helped by Mark and he was absolutely fantastic. I got to the end of the transaction and he realized that I qualified for a larger discount and redid the entire transaction and was so friendly and polite. Best customer service ever!

I feel like overall, I had a decent experience at Road Runner Sports in Atlanta, GA. My sales associate was Justin. I felt like he did what was required when assisting me with my walking shoes. I did inform him that I had visited another walking shoe store that wasn't an affiliate. He scanned my feet, picked out the shoes that were suggested, and also recommended their brand of running socks (which I personally didn't care for or want, but he was trying to upsell). I did end up with the shoes that I previously liked at the other store I visited, but I went with them. He also asked me to do a custom insole for “better” performance, but I knew I wasn't going to like them, and I didn't feel a difference when I tried them with the shoes. Even though he was trying to upsell the overpriced socks and insole, I refused them, even though he tried to keep them in the shoe while cashing me out for my purchase.

I do feel like Justin is a good sales associate, but he can come across as overly talkative and speaks like a car salesman, to be honest. But if you have an issue saying no to overly pushy and persuasive sales associates, then I think you should ask for another associate. But I did have a decent experience!

Justin is awesome. Very attentive to what I was focused on from a training, performance, and unknown perspective. He took some time, did some foot scans and recorded my running and made suggestions based off of what I was looking for and what would be best. His recommendations were spot on. My foot pain is a thing of the past. My times are getting faster and my distance ran is getting longer. Thanks for your help Justin. See you again soon.

Great store and a nice process for being fit for new running shoes, give yourself enough time on the weekend, but your feet will thank you for it!
