Absolutely the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. The equipment is outdated and poorly maintained, and the Manager is downright unprofessional (employees were ok, manager is worst to the core)

The first visit was already bad—almost 10 stations had barely any vacuum pressure, making it impossible to clean properly. But the second visit was a nightmare. Their machine ripped off my back windshield wiper on my brand-new Acura MDX. When I reported it, I was made to wait 10 minutes while the manager casually finished a phone call. His response? A dismissive “It’s not covered, you can leave.” No apology, no responsibility, nothing. To make matters worse, there’s absolutely no warning anywhere that their equipment could damage your car.

If you care about your car or value decent customer service, avoid this place at all costs. Unprofessional, careless, and not worth your money.

What a cool car wash. I found this place driving down Fry Road. They were offering a free watch to try it out. It did a great job on cleaning my dirty car. They offer monthly memberships for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

I saw the car wash was giving out free car washes to let folks try them out. I got the code and went through. I was very impressed with the wash. Especially with the shammy and blowers at the end that dried my car off very well. My car was nice and clean.
That's where it started going downhill. I pulled into one of the slots to use the vacuums and was disappointed that the only hose type available was the thin crevice tool and not the wide claw style nozzle. It took a long time to get my carpets vacuumed. Then there were no towels on the cart and my daughter was forced to track down an employee at the car wash opening to get him to replenish the stock. Also, there were no spray bottles of cleaning solution to use with the towels around and the employee stated that they only had three because people kept on taking them. The compressed air pressure to blow off mats etc. was very low and didn't do a good job. Very disappointing visit. Will not go back.

Great car wash very organized and love the way the lights are presenting . my driver mirror went the opposite way but that’s okay it clicked back . overall love it !

When this car wash first opened, it was awesome. They would spray your car as it was lining up to enter the wash area, there were plenty of wipe towels, and window cleaner bottles. Now, no spraying of your of vehicle before it enters the soap area, they don't keep up with the clean towels in the push cart, and almost never a window cleaner bottle. I limit my visits.

Honestly not impressed.. The car wash has cool lights and smells really nice but didn’t clean my car well. Left the dirty spots muddy and the rear end + mirror caps dirty still. The towels offered are just thrown on the tray and really dry… I’m just glad it was a free wash coupon.

Best vacuums ever! Came in for their free opening car wash and was impressed by how well it left my car. The best part was the vacuums they’re a different shape than the standard ones and I was finally able to vacuum the bottom sides of the seats! They were also super powerful. They also have mat cleaners. Highly recommend.

Scratched my bran new 2023 car horribly. I feel so bad now. I filed a claim before and it seems like they add artifacts to the video that you can tell it was like that before the wash but now that I see a very obvious brush drugging on the front hood of the car I’m not sure how to proceed yet. Please refer to the picture and I would appreciate any opinion and if this happened to you too
