Overall experience was satisfied ?. Booked an Heath checkup through their app. All the tests were done quickly and reports also received on time.

Pros: well maintained Diagnostic centre in Mancherial. As you get well seating area, All precautionary Sign boards,Good staff, timely updates.

Cons: There’s no alternative radiologist.( Went with our scheduled appointment time for U.S.G. but the radiologist is on leave, so staff informed to come next day). Felt bit inconvenience for the answer from reputed Diagnostic centre. Car Parking may difficult during week days.

I required multiple tests to be conducted, staff has supported and advised regarding the packages and addon tests with 15% discount.
Ms. Khalida Begum has suggested that I not take repetitive tests which were already in the package, helped me understand better about different tests, front desk has promptly accepted my request to cancel one of the test. Overall good experience .

Staff is coming at 8:20, instead they should come by 7 AM. It is being problem for the patients giving blood for Fasting blood sugar. The persons collecting blood samples are not experienced in nature. The Management and cleanliness is Superb. Computerised generation of reports is also appreciable.

Too much waiting period due to inadequate staff only single person dealing with people who come to various tests

And while giving samples usually one after another will give sample based on token system .But concern attender sending people directly inside sample collection hall and making them to stand beside the one who are giving their samples which results in hurry burry...

Request you to ensure required staff to over come waiting period near reception.
And train attenders WRT sending people in a systematic order .

And finally I request management not to give conventional response that we are sorry etc..
After seeing my review instead of this better work on our concerns and ensure proper services.

At billing counter the receiving was very bad , especially the guy at the billing counter was not responding in proper manner and talking non sense when we ask doubts regarding scans , talking irrespective to subject. Hope it wont repeat again otherwise you may lose your valuable customers.

I went there for UT scan. The doctor is cool and answering very good.

Apart from this I have worst experience in visiting Vijaya Diagnostic. Its my first time and I have waited for 3 Hours for UT scan.

The Ppl in reception were not answering properly. After being back they then finally sent me in.
